We are seeking quotes for the following trades but not limited to: earthwork, irrigation, site utilities, demolition, abatement, athletic equipment/furnishings, electrical, plumbing, concrete, asphalt, pavement markings, fence and gates, gypsum board, epoxy flooring, paint.

Scope of work is to upgrade the existing athletic facilities including: new synthetic turf
field, track repair and refinishing, long jump improvements, scoreboard replacement, fence
refinishing with partial replacement of mesh fabric, new drinking fountains in existing
locations, improvements to existing accessible components in two restrooms - restroom
renovations in Building B and East Field House, new accessible van parking stall, and
relocation of the elevator interior control panels.

All subcontractors are required to execute Buhler standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. Buhler Commercial requires subcontractors awarded on this project to provide Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety at the subcontractor's expense for any contract that exceeds $300,000. Buhler Commercial is signatory to the Carpenters and Labors Union. This is a Prevailing wage project. This project is subject to a project labor agreement (PLA) that all contractors on the job must agree to in order to perform work. All subcontractors must be registered with the DIR.
