The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, necessary to perform fire sprinkler and standpipe system inspections and required repairs at Rockland Community College, located at 145 College Road, Suffern, NY 10901.
The scope of work shall include scheduled:
• Quarterly inspections
• Semi-annual inspections
• Annual inspections
• Functional testing
