Morello Construction LLC is requesting quotes from all qualified
subcontractors including certified and licensed DBE's & SBE's
subcontractors and suppliers for all items of work described in the bidding documents. Carpentry, Electrical, Earthwork, Grading, Paving, Concrete, Masonry, building construction, Traffic Control, Plumber, ETC

All subcontractors must hold a valid contractor's license for the State of California, along with any other license required by local jurisdictions. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverages that meets state limits and is acceptable to Morello Construction LLC. Subcontractors must provide all required documentation, including a signed subcontract agreement, and supporting documents such as a safety plan, schedule of values, and submittal log that may be required. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
