WE ARE REQUESTING QUOTATIONS FROM ALL QUALIFIED SUBCONTRACTORS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESSES, WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, AND DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES
FOR THE FOLLOWING SCOPES OF WORK:

Metal Panels, Flashing & Sheetmetal - Rebid

Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent bidding documents will be available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of February 2, 2026. Contact John Proctor at our office number above to be added to the Building Connected solicitation for the project.

Work is scheduled to begin Mid September 2026.

100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $100,000. Any subcontractor that cannot provide Payment and Performance Bonds for this project can contact our office at 925-494-9700 to discuss available options. Workers' Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required by all Subcontractors.
