The County of Fire and Emergency Services and Department of General Services Purchasing Division intend to recommend the issuance of a Sole Source award to OCV, LLC. This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with Rockland County Procurement Policy. By way of explanation, the contractor shall develop an app that will integrate with the one they previously developed for the Rockland County Sheriff's Office. Once the app is created including graphics and logos, it will have the ability to link the app to the Sheriff's Office and Rockland County Fire and Emergency Services mobile app and visa/versa.
