We are seeking quotes for abatement, earthwork and grading, demo, asphalt paving, cabinets, countertops, insulation, roofing, doors and hardware, lath and plaster, gypsum board, flooring, louvers, food service equipment, metal fabrications, painting, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fencing to fill a 3% DVBE participation.
The Scope of work includes remodel and renovation of existing kitchen. Including all utilities, grease
interceptor tank, kitchen equipment, fixtures, and finishes. Additional scope of work includes
demolition of site paving/utilities, construction of new foundation, and placement of portable restroom
building with associated site work and utilities. Also included in scope of work is the installation of a
new, district provided shade structure with new concrete foundation and asphalt hardcourt surround.
