Preston Pipelines Infrastructure LLC is soliciting quotations from, but not limited to, Small, Local and Diverse Business Subcontractors and Suppliers, for the Solano Community College Districts' Hydronic System Modernization Phase 1 Project, Bid No. 25-026, for the following scopes of work: Concrete, Plumbing, Roofing, Insulation, Abatement, Traffic Control, Fencing, Miscellaneous Metals, Pipe Insulation, Metal Deck, Precast, Painting & Coatings, Stucco, Rebar, Welding, Surveying & Staking, Landscaping, Paving, Trucking (Haul Aggregates), Aggregate Materials and Pipe Materials.

The plans and specifications are available for review in our West Sacramento office, at local builder's exchanges offices and the Solano Community College District's website at https://solano.edu/measureq/bidding-opportunities.php.

Subcontractors/Suppliers must possess current insurance meeting Preston Pipelines' and the Owner's requirements as stated in the project specifications. Subcontractors/Suppliers will be required to sign Preston Pipelines' Standard Subcontractor Agreement or Purchase Order. Quotes must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner.
