Scope of Work: interior, non-structural demolition and remodel of the district offices. Scope for this project is confined to the entire second floor and the west side of the first floor (see green highlighted areas on floor plan), with minor work at roof for mechanical equipment servicing work area. Scope includes hazardous materials/lead paint abatement in work area.

Trades Requested: Demolition, Abatement, Carpentry, Metals, Doors, Glass/Glazing, Drywall, Flooring, Ceiling, Painting, Signage, Visual Display Boards, Roof Patch, Insulation, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, etc.

OWNER/GC PROVIDED ITEMS (SUBCONTRACTOR TO INSTALL): All associated heat pumps and fan coils.

Duration: 81 Calendar Days (May 15, 2026-August 3, 2026)

Buhler Commercial is the selected Lease/Leaseback General Contractor
Proposals must be submitted via Building Connected or they will NOT be accepted. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (including C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46) must be prequalified with the district in order to bid this project. You can submit your prequalification to the district within 10 days of bid date.

Buhler Commercial is signatory to the Carpenters and Labors Union. This is a prevailing wage project.
All subcontractors must be registered with the DIR at time of bid submission. Subcontractor must be properly licensed by California Contractors State License Board to submit a proposal Subcontracts will be awarded on Best Value Criteria outlined in the information for bidders section.
