Stalco is submitting a bid to the New York State Office of General Services (NYS OGS) for the Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Office Bldg. - Rehabilitate 17th Floor project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

Project Labor Agreement
MBE 15%
WBE 15%
SDVOB 6%

This is an office renovation involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems for the 17th floor of the Adam C. Powell State Office Building in New York. Requires general construction capabilities including mechanical system installation, ductwork, piping, and coordination with existing building systems.

Scope of work includes: asbestos abatement; finish carpentry; architectural woodwork; solid plastic fabrications; building insulation; applied fireproofing; firestopping; joint sealers; steel doors and frames; wood doors; access doors; finish hardware; glass and glazing; gypsum board systems; non-load bearing framing and furring; furring for gypsum board ceilings; suspended acoustical ceiling systems; resilient tile flooring; tile carpeting; construction painting; interior signs.
