The Rockland County Department of Health is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver the chemicals and supplies specified in this bid. All chemicals and supplies shall be the brands specified herein or an approved equal. All Larvicide products shall comply with Rockland County's permit issued by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) and shall be limited to those products specifically approved for use under that permit. Refer to the attached permit for the County's list of approved Larvicides.
