This project is for the sitework associated replacing the hardcourts at Jean Callison Elementary School. We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including, but not limited to the following items: site demolition, saw cutting, grinding excavation, grading, underground utilities, lime treatment, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, playcourt striping, fencing, playcourt specialties.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors are required to carry a minimum of $2M GL insurance. Project will start in June
of 2026 with a mandatory completion date of August 7th.
