Description of Project: The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 12,685 LF (2.40 miles) of defective sewer mains; 2,897 LF (0.54 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and sixty-eight (68) manholes located in Rock Creek Basin, Montgomery County, Maryland. Project Details: We are Seeking quotes for but not limited to; Replace Sanitary Sewer Main Pipe 8"at 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 6" by Excavation; 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 12'-20' Depth, 8" Diameter pipe Sewer Main External Point Repair at 0'-12' Depth, "Removal of Existing Manhole and replace with Standard Manhole 4' inside dia. with F&C, < 10' Depth", "Removal of Lamphole and replace with Standard Manhole 4' inside dia. With F&C up to 10' depth", 8" Lateral-Mainline Interface Sealing, 10" Lateral-Mainline Interface Sealing (Not on New Contract), Reset/Set Manhole Frame and Cover, Replace Manhole Bolts, Repair/Modify Manhole Bench, Cementitious Reconstruction for 4' Inside Diameter Manhole, 8" Diameter Sewer - Heavy Cleaning with Video Inspection, 8" Diameter Sewer Main Pipe Bursting, Montgomery County Roads Restoration, 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 6" Concrete Driveway, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Tree Removal (greater than 4" DBH), Grind Stump and Surface Roots (greater than 6" at grade), Gravel- Trench Backfill, Borrow Material- Trench Backfill (Replacement of unsuitable material), GAB: Graded Aggregate Base, Temporary Tree Protection Fencing (4 feet in height), Tree Trunk Protection (per tree), Additional cost for Traffic control for State and Arterial roads.
