We are seeking quotes for demolition, rebar (furnish and install), structural/miscellaneous steel, casework, sheet metal flashing and trim, insulation, fluid applied membrane system, door and hardware, overhead coiling doors, glazing, paint and coating, metal framing, acoustical panel ceilings, soft flooring, electric vehicle charging stations, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, vehicle exhaust removal system, electrical, fire alarm, fences and gates. The work to be done consists of office and warehouse improvements.
LBSBE goal of 10% - SBE, VSBE, LSBE (Local Small Business based within the City of Long Beach)
