Project Details

Sundt Construction is requesting bids for the following subcontracted scopes at the K.R. Harrington Water Treatment Plant:

1. Construction of new roofing and installation of new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment at the K.R. Harrington Water Treatment Plant. Specific elements of the Work include:

a. Demolition of existing filter building roofing and skylights
b. Demolition of existing HVAC equipment
c. Installation of new roof membrane and skylights
d. Installation of solar paneling on filter building roof
e. Installation of new HVAC equipment and associated electrical and controls in the filter and chemical buildings
