We are requesting bids for the following trades:
Selective demolition including hazardous materials and abatement.
Scaffolding.
Glazing.
Sheet metal flashing.
Cement plaster.
Rough and finish carpentry.
The project is generally described as: Mitigation of Water Intrusion at Chinese Immersion School at De Avila. This work involves the following:
Selective site demolition.
Abatement of hazardous materials.
Cement plaster and concrete wall repairs of cracks and spalls.
Replacement of existing wood windows with aluminum windows.
Sheet metal flashing.
Joint sealants.
Wall coating systems.
Interior wood trims and painting.
Ceiling repairs.

Construction schedule:
Phase 1: South and East Elevations - June 2026 - December 2026
Phase 2: North and West Elevations - June 2027 - August 2027
