ceiling(act)restrooms, restrooms accessories, signage, fire sprinkler, casework, plumbing, doors, windows, vehicle exhaust system, roofing, abatement

BDI will require all subcontractors to be prepared to provide performance and payment bonds by and admitted surety acceptable to BDI in the amount of their bid proposal with associated bond cost listed as a separate line item. BDI at its sole discretion reserves the right to waive substitute or accept an alternate in lieu of bonds. Subcontractors and Vendors are required to execute a BDI subcontract agreement or purchase order including all provisions without modification.
