We are seeking quotes from certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for pipeline installation and replacement (NAICS 237110), site preparation, potholing, and shoring (238910), concrete flatwork (238110), asphalt paving and restoration (237310), traffic control and striping (561990), trucking and hauling (484220), surveying (541370), testing and inspection services (541380), and material supply including PVC pipe, fittings, valves, hydrants, blowoffs, and air vacuum assemblies (423510 / 423610).

All subcontractors must be properly licensed and registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations and carry required insurance. Prevailing wage laws apply, and certified payroll records will be enforced. Plans, specifications, and bidding documents can be obtained through the Valley Center Municipal Water District and the designated bidding platform for this project.
