The project involves the demolition of the existing synthetic turf field and track surfacing, and reinstallation of new synthetic turf field and track surfacing, D-zone surfacing including underlying base material, sand pits, and pole vault box. We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including but not limited to the following items: site demolition, grading, asphalt paving, fencing, lime treatment, staking, trucking, tack oil, turf, track, track & field equipment specialties.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors are required to carry GL insurance as required by the specs. Project will start in the spring, with a current mandatory completion date of June 30th, 2026.
