Haugland Energy is seeking quotes from qualified DBE subcontractors for the following:

Job Description
Convert the Elmont distribution circuits from 4 kV to 13.2 kV to accommodate the growing load in the area. This project scope includes the installation of conduit and cable to dedicated riser poles. Also, for future, 2 CM-11 manholes are being installed for future feeder extensions. In order to support while the Elmont 3G substation is offline, a feed from 3BE Belmont (3BE-7L8) will be used as a back up.

- Flagging
- Trucking
- Electrical Conduit & Material Supply -HDPE;RGS
- Manhole Rigging & Setting
- Vacuum Excavation
- Landscaping restoration
- Concrete/curb/driveway/sidewalk repair
- Test pitting
- Compaction testing
- Asphalt repair
- Fuel Supply

All subcontractors must be registered in ISNetworld with a C or better grade.

6% SDVOB
