4 Creeks Builid is seeking bids from qualified DVBE suppliers and vendors/subcontractors to build the new Mendota Community Center. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to demolition, earthwork, paving, landscaping, striping, site utilities, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous steel, cold-formed metal framing, casework, FRP, insulation, sheet metal, weather barriers, vapor retarders, doors, frames, hardware, coiling doors, glazing, translucent wall panels, gypsum board, plaster, acoustical ceilings, suspended wood ceilings, painting, tile, flooring, resilient athletic flooring, rubber athletic flooring, signage, toilet accessories, operable partitions, fire extinguishers, appliances, food service equipment, gymnasium equipment, countertops, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low valtage. The metal building steel, metal building erection, and insulated metal roofing panels are not a part of this contract.
The project is a prevailing wage project.
