• Modernization of existing rooms in Bldgs. "F" and "G", including renovation of Drama Room and repurposing of Music Room to a Boardroom, Dance Classroom to a Flex Conference/Closed-Session Room, and Dining Room to a Bandroom.
• Modernization scope includes interior finishes, casework, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, technology, fire alarm, and required utility upgrades to support the scope.
• Exterior scope includes new custom steel entry canopy and new drinking fountain with bottle filler at Bldg. G South side, and new roof top packaged HVAC units.
