Gordon N. Ball, Inc. is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Class 2 Aggregate Base, Clearing and Grubbing, Construction Survey (Pre and Post), Erosion Control/Hydroseed, Reinforcing Steel, Roadway Excavation, Rock Slope Protection, Sediment Removal, Structural Concrete, Temporary Shoring, Traffic Control System, Trucking, and Water Pollution Control/SWPPP.

Gordon N. Ball, Inc. is available to assist via phone or in person in helping to ensure you have access to plans, specs, resources to prepare a sub-bid, to develop economically feasible packages to bid on and for assistance with understanding the schedule of work in this project and in obtaining equipment, supplies, materials and related assistance or services. BONDING & INSURANCE ASSISTANCE

100% Performance and Payment bonds with a surety company subject to approval of Gordon N. Ball are required of subcontractors for this project. GNB will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. For assistance on Bonding, Insurance, Capital, contact the Small Business Development Center at https://www.sba.gov/ or (415) 744-6820. Subcontractors will be required to abide by terms and conditions of the AGC Master Labor Agreements and to execute an agreement utilizing the latest SCCI Long Form Standard Subcontract incorporating prime contract terms and conditions: including payment provisions.
