NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FLINT, the selected Entity, will receive bids for the FCUSD Cordova High School Administration/Library/Classroom Building - Increment 1 Project, located at Folsom Cordova Unified School District, Rancho Cordova, CA, 95670.

FLINT Design Build is seeking bids for the following bid packages:
BP-01: Field Engineering (Survey)
BP-02: Site Demolition, Earthwork, and Utilities
BP-03: Building Demolition and Abatement
BP-04: Chain Link Fences and Gates
BP-05: Site Mechanical Piping and Upgrades
BP-06: Electrical and Low Voltage Systems
BP-07: Site Safety and Protection

This is FLINT's project.

The project requires prevailing wages to be paid to all on site workers.
