This project will be subject to Government Code Section 65912.131 including qualifying health care expenditure requirements. If you or your second tier or third tier subcontractors cannot meet these requirements you cannot bid this project. State & Federal Prevailing Wage will apply. Section 3 Benchmarks apply.
