Replacement and painting of fascia, removal of metal window coverings, painting, replacement and installation of tack board, lights, ceiling tiles, window treatments, carpet, white boards, installation of electrical/data/audio-video connections and new ramp, repair of exterior overhand, float/levelling of floor, replacement of upper fascia, removal of concrete and fencing, construct enclosed storage including stucco, textured drywall, light installation and steel door, install sidewalk, tree removal and replacement.
