Scope of work includes construction of a new unoccupied equipment yard screened enclosure and installation of air source heat pump units along with associated HHW & CHW pumps, piping, and electrical service. Work also includes associated site improvements in and around an existing parking lot. Scopes of work open to bidding include but are not limited to: masonry, grading and paving, site utilities, site concrete, and misc. carpentry.

All subcontractors who intend to submit a bid or proposal for any such work must:

- Prequalify with Blach Construction. To obtain instructions on how to prequalify, please contact Justin Nelson (justin.nelson@blach.com)
- Adhere to Skilled and Trained Workforce requirements, as stated in Public Contract Code 2601 and 2602 as well as Senate Bill 693.
- Sign FHDACCD's Project Stabilization and Construction Careers Agreement
- Enroll and participate in an Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)
