BID: Charleston, SC - Lead Service Line Replacement Project

Insituform Technologies, LLC, is seeking proposals from certified MBE/WBE contractors to perform various construction activities for the above-referenced project.

Areas of work available for subcontracting include, but are not limited to:

Traffic Control, General Excavation, Material Hauling, Landscape Restoration Sod, and Seeding, Replacement of Domestic Water Service Lines, Replacement of Concrete Curb and Gutter, Replacement of Asphalt Curb, Mill and Resurface Asphalt, Saw Cutting (Concrete and Asphalt areas), Replacement of Wood Fence, Replacement of Chain-link Fence

Subcontractor proposals are due by the end of 4/8/2026.

BONDING is not required.
