Haugland Energy is seeking quotes from qualified DBE subcontractors for the following:

Job Description:
Security system upgrade at Randall Rd substation: installing new cameras, gate, foundation, conduit, camera poles, cable & fiber.

Scopes Needed:
- Concrete foundations
- Vacuum Excavation
- Electrical Conduit & Material Supply -HDPE;RGS
- Substation restoration
- Compaction testing
- Fencing (gate)
- Fuel Supply

All subcontractors must be registered in ISNetworld with a C or better grade.
15% MBE
15% DBE
6% SDVOB
