REI is seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the above project. The general scope of work is demolition and abatement. Potential trades/suppliers needed include trucking, hazardous waste hauling, equipment rental, and construction materials. The District has a goal of 3% utilization of DVBEs.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

REI is a union company and is signatory to Laborers Union. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
