The Rockland County Sewer District #1 is seeking a General Contractor to complete the following scope of work, with separate Sub-Contractor lists for Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. The following work is as follows: Mobilization.- Demolition of existing dewatering equipment including centrifuges and appurtenances. Demolition of the dewatering building roof and raising of the building with a new roof structure. Temporary dewatering of sludge during modifications to the dewatering building. Structural and architectural improvements to the building. Installation of three (3) new dewatering screw presses and appurtenances. Installation of five (5) sludge feed pumps, piping & appurtenances. ETC..
