The Central Midlands Council of Governments seeks to employ a firm with experience in developing road safety audits. A Road Safety Audit (RSA) is a formal examination conducted by an independent, qualified team to evaluate the safety performance of a road or road project. It aims to identify potential safety hazards that may affect any road user and suggest measures to eliminate or mitigate those risks. Interested teams must have produced two or more similar RSAs in the last five years and personnel assigned to the project shall have direct experience conducting a road safety audit.
