Scope of work (but not limited to): Trucking & Disposal, Process Pipe Supply, Structural Steel Erector, Rebar, Waterproofing, Tile, Spray Insulation, Roofing, Plumbing, Painting & Lead abatement, Misc Metal, Architectural Metal, Mechanical, HVAC, Gypsum, Grouting, Flooring, Fire Protection, Electrical, Door, Demolition, Interior Cleaning, Ceiling, Acoustical Ceiling Tile, Skylight Supply, Pumps, Misc Metal Supply, Steel Grating Supply, Door Supply, Concrete Ready Mix, Overhead Door, Louver, Fire Stopping, Carpentry & Drywall, SIP Form Supply, Louver Supply, Prefabricated Steel Structural Supply, Aggregate Supply

Project Description: The total removal of the existing (approximately 36,000 S.F.) building roofing, flashing, and copings and all other roofing components and systems down to the concrete deck and parapet walls and the installation of new EPDM roofing.
*Sandblast, prime, and paint all steel trusses, columns and diagonal bracing members, including painting of curbs, located on the Roof of Area A, under the roof of the Conveyor Tunnels, and under the roof of Area B of the Sludge Drying Facility, as shown on the Contract Drawings, specified herein, and as required for a complete installation.
*Cleaning and power washing of all walls and floors, including stairwells, concrete ceilings, and sump pits, throughout Areas A and B of the Sludge Drying
*Test, inspect, upgrade, permit, and restore the existing fire sprinkler system, located throughout Areas A and B of the Sludge Drying Facility
*HVAC ductwork, throughout the entirety of Areas A and B of the Sludge Drying Facility are to be cleaned and all registers, grilles, and louvers are to be removed, cleaned and reinstalled;
*Plumbing work required to route new 4-inch and 6-inch CPVC and ductile iron drain piping to connect to existing sewer
*Architectural and Structural Work required to raise concrete floors in the East Aeration Gallery
*Update Men and Women's Toilet and Locker Rooms, including the replacement of all plumbing fixtures, piping, fittings, tankless hot water heaters*
Removal and replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles and framing / Replacement of the existing flooring / Removal and replacement of existing lighting fixtures with new LED lighting fixtures throughout
*Removal and Disposal of three (3) existing Sludge Dryer stainless steel troughs and six (6) stainless steel agitators. (Troughs weigh approximately 32,000lbs each and Agitators weigh approximately 46,000lbs each) Deduction of salvage value for three (3) Sludge Dryer stainless steel troughs and six (6) stainless steel agitators.
