This project is for the site work associated with 5 new portable classrooms, and alterations to accessible parking. We are seeking quotes for all scopes of work including, but not limited to the following items: site demolition, grading, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, electrical, surveying, fire alarm, parking lot ADA striping, signage, and fencing.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements, and is subject to a Project Stabilization Agreement. All subcontractors are required to carry GL insurance as required by the specs. Sitework must be substantially complete ahead of the July 3rd Portable placement date.
