4 Creeks Build is seek all qualified Section 3 subcontractors, workers, and vendors to bid on the Fulgham Patriot Point-Homekey project for all trades that include but not limited to demolition, earthwork, paving, landscaping, fencing, striping, site utilities, concrete, polished concrete, masonry, steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, siding, plastic paneling, casework, insulation, sheet metal, weather barriers, roofing, roof specialties, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, gypsum board, painting, tile, flooring, signage, bullentin boards, toilet accessories, shower surrounds, operable partitions, fire extinguishers, FE cabinets, USPS Postal Specialties, Coated Wire Closed and utility shelving, pest control, laudry vending equipment, appliances, roller shades, countertops, site furnishings, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low valtage.

The project is a prevailing wage project.
