InnoActive Group is seeking subcontractors, including DBEs, for project controls support, scheduling, cost estimating, data analytics/reporting, project management support, and administrative services for the Project Control Services Via Master Services Contract (RFP-JV-26-001). Work includes supporting capital program delivery through scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, and coordination. Participation from DBEs, small, is strongly encouraged.

Subcontractors are expected to meet standard professional requirements, including maintaining appropriate insurance coverage; union membership and bonding are not anticipated to be required for these services. Subcontractors should demonstrate relevant experience and the technical capability to support project controls, reporting, and coordination activities.
