SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Providers including all certified DVBEs for the following items of work, but not limited to: electrical, fire alarm system, mechanical and plumbing, aggregate materials, concrete, ADA compliance, metal building, framing, drywall, insulation, walls, floors, HVAC and painting.

The scope of work includes, but not limited to: CTE Shop remodel includes modernization of an existing high school shop building, replace electrical and fire alarm systems, upgrades mechanical & plumbing, minor site improvements for path of travel, equipment pads & fencing; Culinary Arts remodel includes modernization of an existing Home Ec classroom upgrade electrical & fire alarm, & new mechanical and plumbing systems and site for mech equ.

This project includes a 3% DVBE Participation Goal. "A DVBE cannot self-certify. Evidence of OSDS certification, which may include the printout from the OSDS website indicating current certification, must be provided for each DVBE participating in the contract. The OSDS certification letter or printout must be provided with the bid."

This projects is DSA approved project.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California www.dir.ca.gov (https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-works/Prevailing-
Wage.html). Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
