REI is seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for multiple Bakersfield City School District multi-prime bids that are bidding on the same day. There are 6 schools and contracts:
Williams ES - project#26250.00-44-DM - BP-01 | Mt. Vernon ES - project#26252.00-34-DM - BP01 | Jefferson ES - project#26255.00-29-DM - BP-01 | Emerson MS - project#26251.00-24-DM - BP-01 | McKinley ES - project#26253.00-33-DM - BP-01 | Munsey ES - project#26254.00-35-DM - BP-01

We are seeking hazardous material abatement suppliers and disposal. There is a 3% DVBE goal.

REI is union signatory to Laborers Local 300 but accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors (if performing work that can be claimed by laborers, subcontractor must sign one time agreement - this does not apply to vendors/suppliers). Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
