Project Details

Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) invites qualified firms to submit a proposal for the Stampmill PFAS Mitigation Design Services RFP. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the documents and requirements as set forth in the Request for Proposals. Services will include but not be limited to Design Services, Project Management, Permitting & Regulatory Support, Control Narrative for SCADA development, and Engineering Services During Construction.

Copies of RFP Documents may be obtained at Truckee Meadows Water Authority Procurement Services - Truckee Meadows Water Authority (tmwa.com). Proposals must be submitted electronically via the online solicitation system (NGEM) NOT LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. ON MAY 13, 2026. Proposals received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy Proposals will NOT be accepted.
