Project Details

We are seeking quotes for the following trades but not limited to: earthwork, paving, concrete, abatement, demolition, framing, carpentry, millwork, ceiling, flooring, painting, drywall, plaster, signage, MPR, metals, steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site furnishings, landscape, window coverings, visual display boards, roofing, etc.

The Project is generally described as: Building A Modernization including but not limited to classroom improvements for parity, new MEP, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage Infrastructure, new windows, roof replacement on the elevator machine room, replacement of sanitary sewer lateral. Building B Modernization includes new exterior paint, new interior acoustic boards, refresh of cubbies and window shades. Site work on yards 1, 3, 4 and Verdun Way all.

Building Connected to interested subcontractors which will have all project documents listed on the Building Connected listing.

All subcontractors are required to execute Buhler standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. Buhler Commercial
requires subcontractors awarded on this project to provide Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety at the subcontractor's expense for any
contract that exceeds $300,000. Buhler Commercial is signatory to the Carpenters and Labors Union. This is a Prevailing wage project. This project is
subject to a project labor agreement (PLA) that all contractors on the job must agree to in order to perform work. All subcontractors must be registered with
the DIR.
