Description of Project: Sewer Pipe and Manhole Lining Rehabilitation for the City of Lynchburg, Virginia, hereby proposes to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services and to perform all operations necessary to execute and complete the Work required for the project. This term contract consists of sewer pipe and manhole lining rehabilitation to be provided as needed by the City throughout the year. Work orders will be assigned by the Department of Water Resources. The initial term of this contract shall begin July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; with the option to renew up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement. Price increases may only be negotiated at the time of contract renewal and shall remain valid for each 12-month period.
