Project Description:

1. General Scope: The project is generally described to include, but not limited to, the demolition of an existing two-story, wood framed residential apartment structure, grading and construction of a new three-story, twenty-four-unit apartment building with parking, patios and trash enclosure.
2. Funding: This project is being funded by federal HOME and HOME-ARP as well as other public funding sources and will, therefore, require labor to be paid prevailing wages based on State of California department of Industrial Relations and Davis-Bacon Act. Wage determination information is included in bid package. Additionally, Project is subject to Build America Buy America legislation.

Avila Construction seeks DVBE, SBE, WBE, MBE business participation from the subcontractor community.
