The Project is generally described as, including, but not limited to: Building A Modernization including, but not limited to, classroom improvements for parity, new MEP, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage Infrastructure, new windows, roof replacement on the elevator machine room, replacement of sanitary sewer lateral. Building B Modernization includes new exterior paint, new interior acoustic boards, refresh of cubbies and window shades. Site work on yards 1, 3, 4 and Verdun Way wall.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Contractor's License Required for the Work: Class B - General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT - LETTER OF ASSENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA. Certification of compliance with the PLA shall be confirmed via a signed Letter of Assent.

PRE-QUALIFICATION: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District's PreQualification Procedure, as defined in Section 00 01 16. The list of Pre-Qualified General Contractors and Sub-Contractors is posted on the PQBids and SFUSD websites at: https://www.sfusd.edu/business-with-sfusd/prequalified-general-contractors-and-subcontractors
