Alarm, Low Voltage Infrastructure, new windows, roof replacement on the elevator machine room,
replacement of sanitary sewer lateral. Building B Modernization includes new exterior paint, new interior
acoustic boards, refresh of cubbies and window shades. Site work on yards 1, 3, 4 and Verdun Way wall
