We are seeking quotes from DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following trades: demolition, clearing, and trucking; earthwork and grading; drainage systems; landscape and irrigation; chain link fencing; concrete; miscellaneous metals and railings; doors and hardware; painting and finishes; plumbing; electrical, low voltage, communications, and fire alarm systems. Project consists of portable sitework and improvements at multiple school sites including demolition, site preparation, underground utilities, concrete work, fencing, landscaping, and associated building system connections. DVBE participation is encouraged.

CENCAL Services, Inc. is a signatory union contractor with the Carpenters, Operators, Laborers and Cement Masons. Subcontractors will be required to comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements, insurance requirements and bonding requirements per the project specifications.
