Resource Environmental Inc., is seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Martinson Property Demolition Project. The general scope of work consists of the abatement of hazardous material and demolition of the existing building on the property. Possible subcontractors and suppliers may include construction materials, trucking, rental equipment, grading, and utility cut/cap.

REI Encourages all subcontractors and suppliers to provide a quote.

REI is union company signatory to Local Laborers 300. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
