Construction of three separate wellhead water treatment plants for the City of Garden Grove to remove Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contaminants at the Well 22, 26, and 27 before distributing the treated drinking water to the City's customers.

Garney Pacific, Inc. is a union contractor and all subcontractors on the project must utilize union labor. Garney requires that all potential subcontractors are prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse subcontractors for the required bond premium, so please provide your bond rate at the time of bid. The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney, unless the project documents note otherwise.
