WSP USA Inc. (WSP) is seeking qualified CBEs and non-CBEs to provide services for a contract for on-call engineering design and support services for dams for in various locations throughout the County of Los Angeles. Scope includes providing dam safety engineering, investigation, analysis, and instrumentation, and the design of dams and appurtenant structures, including inlet/outlet works, control systems, and power systems. Specifically, WSP is looking for firms with the following capabilities to support this contract: drilling/field explorations; surveying; geophysical services/utility locating; structural analysis; geotechnical support; geotechnical laboratory testing; environmental laboratory testing; hazardous waste collection; performance assessment; inspection and field assistance.

WSP is conducting itself in good faith with regard to CBE and non-CBE firm participation on this procurement. Additionally, to the extent that it is feasible, WSP will attempt to assist qualified subcontractors to secure any necessary bonds, lines of credit, and insurance coverage that may be required under this contract.
