Lease Leaseback Guaranteed Max Price Project Awarded to Alten Construction - we are now bidding it out to Subcontractors.
Scope: Construction of a new, full-size gymnasium with multisport court striping and bleachers, a weight room and lobby with toilet rooms. Access to the new gymnasium will include vestibules for student and public entry.

Current certificates of compliance from the Air Resource Board's D.O.O.R.S. website and compliant equipment on-site will be required / monitored at all times by Alten staff.

Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project, but you are required to include the cost for all required insurance in your bid.
