Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.
The project consists of the following:
New AcCEL Facility and associated on-site and off-site work.
New ERS Library Media Facility and associated site work.

Please note, there are (2) plan sets and (2) specifications books associated with this project.
Pre-Qualification is required for MEP Trades.
State Prevailing Wages shall apply.
Sub Bonds will be required for subcontractors over $100,000.
Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
