We are seeking quotes from DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for demolition, site clearing, abatement, trucking and hauling, earthwork, grading, concrete removal, fencing, paving, disposal, and related site improvement trades associated with the Orosi High School CTE Building - Bid Package 1 - Site Demolition and Clearing project. Scope of work generally includes demolition and removal of existing structures and improvements, site clearing, hauling and disposal, grading and site preparation, and associated site restoration work required per plans, specifications, and addenda. DVBE participation is encouraged to assist in meeting the project's 3% DVBE participation goal.

CENCAL Services, Inc. is a signatory union contractor with the Carpenters, Operators, Laborers and Cement Masons. Subcontractors will be required to comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements, insurance requirements and bonding requirements per the project specifications. Plans, specifications and bid documents for the Orosi High School CTE Building - Bid Package 1 - Site Demolition and Clearing project are available through the Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District Office located at 12623 Avenue 416, Orosi, CA 93647, and may be obtained by contacting or appearing at the District Office. This is a public works project subject to California DIR registration requirements and applicable labor compliance requirements.
